This refund policy is intended to provide general information regarding refunds, cancellations, and service credits for services provided by Kompaxionz LLC. Eligibility for a refund may depend on the specific circumstances of the service, including whether a driver has been assigned or dispatched, whether services have already begun, and whether costs have incurred.
This policy does not replace or override any separate written service agreement, contract, or other terms entered into between Kompaxionz LLC and a client. Where a separate written agreement applies, the terms of that agreement will control.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Refund Policy - the basics
Payments made to Kompaxionz LLC for courier or delivery services are generally non-refundable once services have begun or a driver has been dispatched.
If a client cancels a scheduled delivery before services begin, any refund or cancellation charge will be determined based on the circumstances of the request, including whether a driver has already been assigned, dispatched, or expenses have already been incurred.
If Kompaxionz LLC is unable to provide a service that has already been paid for, the client may be submitted directly to Kompaxionz LLC and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that may be required by applicable law or by a separate written agreement between Kompaxionz LLC and the client.
